Automatic edge board applicator functions：

u  it can automatic detect and adjustable the install edge protector position

the center of the cargo is mostly superposition with the center of the wrapper rotary

u  it can detect the edge boards margin and achieve automatic warning ,the workers will supplement the new edge boards

u  when finish installing ,the edge board will be aligning with the face of the pallet cargo and gapless, it not has the skew phenomenon.

u  The edge protector granary need perpendicular install ,the customer need supply the sketch map

u  It can achieve unmanned operate during the edge protector place and pick

u  The customer need supply the edge protector size .it will regard the subface of the edge protector as the standard when pick and place it

   In order to meet customer detail demands , they need different size carton boxes to laoding the cargo in the one packing line . we do a research on it and developing the Random robotic case erector to meet his demands . it can forming different carton box size and automatic feeder different case by the order . 

The random robotic case erector is consist of :

Robotic: FANUC 6-axis robot,ABB 6-axis robot,Kuka 6-axis robot,Yasakawa 6-axis robot,Kawasiki 6-axis robot,Nachi 6-axis robotic ,Chinese GSK 6-axis robot, Chinese AE 6-axis robot and so on

Robotic gripper:it is for pick up and erect the case . flexible end of arm tool the vacuum sucker cup device , the robotic can flexible change the gripper , it has the crossover coupling on the gripper. If customer has this demands.

Powered case magazine:  it is double layers sturcture , one layer stacker one kind size carton box ,it can feeder the carton box ,not need stop the machine .it can automatic feeder the carton box to the robotic gripper by the cylinder driven. one robot can work with 3 sets case magazine or much more . one case magazine stacker two kinds case size.

Bottom flaps folder : it is the cylinder drive device .it can automatic fold the side flaps and front and back flaps.

Bottom sealer : it has the servo dirven for the side belt to automatic adjustable the width to fit different width case . it is high accuracy adjust.the belt diven by the motor . it can automatic coneyor the case to tape head to sealer the bottom with the adhesive tape.

Safety protect: the random robotic case erector has the safety fence with the electrical interlock door . when the door open the random robot case erector system will stop running to keep safety. The case mangazine also has the transparency acrylic to protect .

The system control by the PLC and HMI ,the PLC can do according to customer’s demands Siemens PLC and touch screen,Mitsubishi PLC and weinview touch screen ,Panosonic PLC and weinview touch screen, Allen-Bradley PLC and touch screen . also can customized by customer
